Clear Blast is processed from recyclable collection glass and manufactured into an abrasive media. Clear blast has been introduced to the blast cleaning industry as a replacement to silica sand. While silica sand is a raw material used in the production of glass, the manufacturing process converts the crystalline structure of silica to the amorphous state. This makes clear blast a valuable and economical substitute for silica sand as a clean and effective blast media. It delivers a cleaner white finish with an excellent high peak profile ideal for coating adhesion.
