Plastic Media is widely used as an alternative to chemical or hand-stripping. It gently removes coatings without damaging the substrate. Type 5 plastic media has a high stripping rate while ensuring surface integrity. It is ideal for aircraft components, powder coating removal from pultruded aluminum parts, thin fiberglass components, and thin gauge metals.
