Increase your blasting production with an advanced custom-engineered blast room solution. Allredi is a leading manufacturer with decades of experience optimizing abrasive blasting processes.
Blast rooms are available in two standard enclosure types:
Choosing the right media recovery system hinges on several factors. First, consider the abrasive material you'll be working with now and in the long term. Second, consider your production requirements. Mechanical recovery systems offer quicker media recovery and additional layout configurations compared to pneumatic systems.
Pneumatic Recovery Systems: Pneumatic recovery systems are recommended for use with 10X, glass bead, garnet, aluminum oxide, plastic, and walnut shell. The sweep-in channel can be located above or below floor. (Full floor layouts are also available)
Mechanical Recovery Systems: Mechanical recovery systems can be used with all reusable media including steel shot & grit. Includes above or below floor screw assembly. Full floor, H-shaped, U-shaped, and single screw layouts available.
An essential component of the blast room system, dust collectors provide reclaimer filtration, media pick-up (pneumatic systems only) and ensure blasting operators have great visibility while removing contaminants from the air.
Mod-U-Blast® reverse pulse cartridge dual collectors are available from 300 CFM to 12,000CFM. They provide optimum clean air environments for blast cabinets and blast rooms. Reverse pulse collectors feature high efficiency, 280 pleated filter cartridges.
